‘One to One’ Yoga teaching (1 hour) – (on zoom or face to face)

Ring Nancy on 07847 547125 to arrange a one to one session. It’s a great way to kick-start your yoga practice, or you may wish to enhance your sport; yoga is great for runners, rowers, cyclists, golfers – everyone! The cost is £40 for the hour session. You can share this with a partner or friend.
